Unlock Zetton:
To fight with Zetton, you hae to beat Zetton in the 3rd ultra mode

Unlock Zoffy:
To play with Zoffy, let for Zetton to defeat you in the 3rd ultra mode.
After the short intermission sequence, you can fight as Zoffy.
If you beat Zetton with Zoffy, he will be a playable character.
